Why?!

William Downey who has been successfully fishing for smallmouth bass and brook trout for over 60 years normally has a great understanding of just what is happening on the stream when we are fishing. However, when the fishing is very slow and he catches only one fish I know what I’m going to hear him say….”I can understand why one can catch many fish or how you can get skunked but I’ll never understand how in the hell you catch one fish.”
