Switch rods have many applications in all forms of angling. Here are just a few situations in which they are helpful in smallmouth fishing.
Picture A–The switch hold helped Jeff make long casts early in the season, thus covering much water easily.
Picture B–My switch rod enabled me to easily make a long cast out across the grass beds to catch this large bass.
