- 9-weight model, 9ft 4pc is an excellent rod for saltwater use. It has the power to make long casts while bucking the wind and cast flies up to 4/0.
- 8-weight, 9ft 4pc is a good bonefish rod and it is good for the Outer Banks with flies up to size 2/0.
- 7-weight, 9ft 4pc is ideal for smallmouth bass. It will handle flies and bugs up to size 4, while casting a tight loop in order to give good accuracy below over hanging tree limbs.
- 6-weight, 9ft 4pc is a light smallmouth rod for flies up to size 6 and a good hopper/dropper and streamer rod for the Yellowstone.
- 5-weight, 9ft 4pc is a good streamer and nymph rod for western trout streams as well as a western dry fly rod. This is too big for our trout fishing in the East. This is available in an 8.5ft as well.
- 4-weight, 9ft 4pc is good in the Catskills for drys and nymphs and for drys on the western spring creeks. Also available in a 8.5ft model.
- 4-weight, 8ft 4pc is good for drys in the Catskills and eastern stocked trout streams.
- 3-weight, 7’9″ 4pc is a good dry fly rod for small streams that will handle flies down to size 20.
