Winter has officially arrived! Short days leave ample time to tie flies, repair battered flies, repair broken gear, organize that pile of fishing gear in the corner. Two more months and we sill see Little Dark Stoneflies on the Mountain Trout streams in Virginia! Hopefully we receive a fair amount of precipitation over those two months to bring the stream levels up, or we will be fishing to some very spooky brookies next spring.
This week I think I will enjoy all that I am blessed with and thankful for – God, Family, Friends, Health, Good Fishing; a very enjoyable life indeed!
Plenty of time to organize next month.
