Luck Counts As Well As Skill


When you are floating a smallmouth bass river “make every tenth cast in the wrong direction”. That is, as you are drifting along and casting your surface bugs along the shaded banks and your streamers along the ledges both of which is where the bass are normally found, make every tenth cast in the wrong direction. Amazingly this ploy will produce a nice bass…Maybe this is luck but maybe they are feeding in an area you did not suspect.
