Good Hooking

When tying folded hair flies like a Crowe Bettle or a Humpy be sure to keep the hair high enough away from the hook point that you do not close off the bite. This will cause many missed strikes. The hair works down as you are fishing. Trim the stomach of the fly with your clippers.
