While you are out enjoying your favorite trout stream or hiking a beautiful trail be on the look out for fishers. Once thought nearly extinct, they are trying to make a come back in the mountains around the western part of Virginia. The VA Dept. of Game and Inland Fisheries would appreciate you telling them where you see these guys.
