Special Streamer Action

When the mountain trout streams are high many anglers fish nymphs.  This is fine, however, don’t overlook small streamers such as the Murray’s Strymph size 10.  I catch many trout with these Strymphs using an upstream presentation “bounce retrieve” achieved by using one foot rod lifting motion every three feet as the strymph drifts back downstream.
