Scott Fly Rod has introduced a new series of mid-priced fly rods for a broad variety of saltwater and freshwater uses. Scott Wave Fly Rods–new for Fall 2022. These range from 6-12 weight rods all in a 4 piece design. Made in the USA and come with a lifetime warranty.

These rods are very light in the hand and cast smoothly. Thus giving great accuracy in fly placement and cut cleanly through the wind.

The Scott Wave Fly Rod enables us to cast a tight loop so we can present a Shenandoah Popping Bug accurately against the banks below overhanging tree limbs. It can also deliver a Crazy Charlie accurately in front of a cruising bonefish on the flats at Belize. Casting a fast sinking line for stripers at dawn behind the Coast Guard station at the Outer Banks is a breeze.

Wave rods easily handle a wide range of line densities and fly sizes, making them ideal tools for pursuing powerful fish in all fresh and saltwater environments. And when that pursuit turns into a hook up, Wave rods have lifting power to spare, helping keep fish out of structure or the depths.

Our all new FiberFuse enhanced resin system uses new chemistry to create bonds between each graphite fiber that are over 20% stronger than conventional epoxy resins.
