Rainbow Trout feeding on Salmon Eggs and Salmon Flesh have the opportunity to grow to great sizes. This 15lb. trout was caught on Alaska’s Kenai River on a flesh fly, September 30, 2010. A Scott 9’6″ 7 wt. fly rod with a Ross Evolution 2 reel combined with a floating fly line and a hand tied 11ft. fluorocarbon leader worked great.
